The exchange is done in the form of a credit to be used on the store and will be sent to you at the latest 30 days from the day of receipt of the returned goods.<br \/>\nConditions of return<\/p>\n<p>In order for goods to be returned, please ensure that:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The goods were purchased within the last 30 days<\/li>\n<li>The goods are in their original packaging<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The following goods cannot be returned:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00a0The supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.<\/li>\n<li>The supply of goods which by their nature cannot be returned, for example goods which deteriorate rapidly or have passed their expiration date.<\/li>\n<li>The supply of goods which cannot be returned for reasons of health protection or hygiene and which have been unsealed after delivery.<\/li>\n<li>The supply of goods which, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other articles.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We reserve the right to refuse the return of any goods that do not meet the above conditions for return, at our sole discretion.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>Return of Goods<\/h2>\n<p>You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning goods. You must send the goods to the following address<\/p>\n<p>715 Godin Street, Verdun, QC H4H2B4<\/p>\n<p>We cannot be held responsible for damaged or lost goods during the return. Therefore, we recommend that you use an insured and tracked postal service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of receipt of the return.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>Gifts<\/h2>\n<p>If the merchandise was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
